Sometimes roleplay gets intense, and the emotional safety of everyone at your table is important. You're presumably all there to have fun, after all! It can be difficult for many people to voice their discomfort if they are already in a vulnerable position; simply holding up a safety card is often much more approachable.

Having safety cards can give your table the confidence and trust necessary to explore difficult topics and get into more serious roleplay scenes.

This is a one-page US Letter sized document with printable roleplay safety cards. One page contains two sets.

Cards are color coded using the standard red/yellow/green "traffic light" safety system, and additionally feature easily distinguishable shapes and text for the benefit of colorblind individuals.

Each set includes an OK (green), Slow Down (yellow), STOP (red), as well as a check-in card which can be used to non-verbally inquire how everyone at the table is doing.
